Discover the entire range of flavours of our restaurant in Comacchio: book a place at the table in ‘La Tana del Gusto’. Breakfast to dinner, we offer our guests the warm welcome of our family combined with the taste of home cooking.

A simple place, yet a great attention to details, for both furnishing and service. Here all products are homemade: from the biscuits to the cake design for your ceremonies, to desserts, jams and juices freshly made with our juicer extractor. In addition piadina, bread, pasta, always fresh meat, seasoned cold cuts produced by a trustworthy family that breeds our animals, processed without any added preservatives or substances. Plus oil, various pickles and preserves.

Traditional:
  • Piada, cold cuts, in oil delicacies
  • Tagliatelle all’anatra (Italian noodles with duck)
  • Pumpkin Cappellacci with scents of “Valle Isola”
  • Tagliata di manzo – Thinly sliced beef
  • Somarino in umido con polenta – Stewed donkey with polenta

Specials:
  • Piada guercia (with seasoned bacon and aromatic herbs)
  • Salted millefeuille filled with ricotta and basil cream
  • Pumpkin Cappellacci with liquorice
  • Potato gnocchetti with smoked goose breast and truffles
  • Lasagne alla norma with basil pesto sauce and eggplant ‘ottombrina’
  • Thinly sliced donkey meat
  • Entrecote ai tre pepi (Cut of beef with three types of pepper)
  • Rosticiane a la Tana del Gusto (marinated and vacuum cooked for 10 hours at low temperature and briefly grilled before serving)
All products listed above are subject to availability and seasonality.

The kitchen can be booked and it is possible, on reservation for a group of at least 6-8 persons, to offer a fresh fish and seafood menu only.

All accompanied by the best wines in the region, including Otello Nerodilambrusco, award-winning of wineries CECI in Codronchio (Albana), declared the best Emilia wine of Fattoria Monticino Rosso.

To favour socialising and dialogue between people, we have eliminated the TVs in the farmhouse and we frequently organise cultural – gastronomic theme evenings.


The products we use are manufactured by us and the fruit and vegetables are certified organic products, only 20% (this figure also includes fish) is occasionally from other manufacturers, always with a special attention to maximum quality.
